◼️二粒小麦系、Dゲノムを含まないKamut全粒粉100%の食パン。比較でKamut粉の食パンを左に置いた写真を載せましたが、全粒粉のため今までよりも高さはありません…が、その代わりに旨みが凝縮されたような美味しさはあります。Kamut全粒粉の粉の風味を感じていただきたく、甘み不使用で焼き上げてます。
